Why pray? Learn what is prayer about and how to have a conversation, listen and talk to God. In this video you will discover the God of miracles through prayer.
Why pray when God knows the future and is already in control of everything?
- God has chosen prayer that He might gain and maintain a close relationship with mankind.
- God has also chosen a self- imposed restriction – to act in the affairs of mankind in response to prayer. God has delegated His authority here on earth to us, and prayer is the vehicle He uses to carry out His will.
- We pray because God has asked us to pray. Prayer expresses our dependence on God.
