Feeling afraid? Don’t be afraid here is an prayer for fear and word of promise from God himself from Isaiah 41:13: “I am the Lord your God, who holds your right hand, and tells you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I will help you.’
Don’t be Afraid / Prayer For Fear
Heavenly Father, I acknowledge my fear (worry, anxiety) as sin of idolatry because I have allowed the object of my fear to be greater than you, Father. Please forgive me.
I choose to forgive myself and no longer blame _____(name those who have hurt, abandoned or abused you)________for not protecting (and providing for) me.
I cut myself free from the time, place, images, people or thing that caused me to open the door to fear.
I cancel and nullify (CLAP) the neurological connections that have been traumatised through fear and ask you to repair and place them with your love, peace, safety and acceptance.
I renounce the lie, God, that you will not be there for me to protect and provide for me and declare the truth that I can trust you to protect and provide for me.
Thank you, Heavenly Father, for promising to take hold of my right hand so that I will not be afraid. (Isaiah 41:13 says, “For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’’’)
According to 2 Timothy 1:12 you have also promised to keep, guard and be mindful of that which I have committed or entrusted to you. Therefore, I 100% commit my finances, partner, children, health and job to you.
In the name of Jesus, I choose to close the door that I opened through fear and command all fear to get out of my life.
